Lower School
At Nagle Catholic College, Health and Physical Education is an integral part of the curriculum in Years 7 to 10. Years 7 to 10 students are all involved in a physical education program which aims to develop a wide range of skills in both team and individual sports. The sports covered give students exposure to a variety of activities aimed at promoting physical awareness and an interest in their own health and well-being. There are many options also available for students to choose in Years 7 to 10 which aim to extend students beyond the scope of the regular Physical Education Program.
