Edmund Rice Learning Centre

Our Edmund Rice Learning Centre (Library) was officially opened and blessed in 2009. The Library is an open, friendly and welcoming space that is an integral part of the Nagle Catholic College both in the curriculum and community life.

The mission of the Edmund Rice Library is to provide quality resources, meaningful activities and exceptional service that will assist students and staff in effective use of information and digital literacy skills. As well as foster a love of reading which will all, in turn, inspire lifelong learning.

The Library offers several spaces which can be used for individual study, group work, tutoring and meetings and which also support recreational reading and whole class lessons. We are especially proud of our Einstein Interactive Area which has been redesigned to cater for collaborative group work using both traditional and digital technologies.

Students and staff can access the Library digital resources via the webpage  (https://ncc-wa-au.libguides.com/naglelibrarylinks) Library staff are strongly involved in the College’s Study Skills and Reading for Pleasure Programs.
